MY STORY
In 2019, inspired by my aunt and father, I embarked on a journey into crafting headdress tembleques. Initially captivated by their beauty, it was only when I witnessed the meticulous process firsthand that I truly understood their allure.

During a trip to Panama, my father introduced me to the art by purchasing Sabalo fish scales for tembleques. Intrigued, I delved deeper into the craft, discovering the variety of materials used, from pearls to crystals, and the intricate designs that make each piece unique.

Observing my aunt's skillful hands at work, I found myself drawn to the process, finding it both calming and rewarding. Crafting tembleques has since become a cherished hobby, allowing me to express creativity while honoring a cherished tradition.
